Childhood passes quickly, and we believe it is important to take advantage of these formative years to build foundations of faith in the next generation. It is our desire to create a culture of acceptance and excitement as kids encounter Christ through Bible study, worship and relationships with others. In order to equip children to be all that God created them to be, we offer the following ongoing programs:
Bible Study Life Groups (Sundays at 9:15 and 10:45)
TeamKID (Wednesdays at 6:00 September-May, excluding holidays)
Summer 2015 "Journey Off the Map" events
Journey Into the Word - Friday, June 5 (one night mini-VBS) 5:30pm-9:00pm register here
Journey With Friends - Tuesday, June 30 - to Atlanta Zoo-$15 per child and $20 per adult (limited space)
Journey With Family - Friday, July 24 - Family Drive-In Movie Night @ RBBC
Journey In Praise - Sunday, August 2 - Family Worship Night
We offer other special classes and events for kids throughout the year such as Vacation Bible School, a Halloween Trunk or Treat, Breakfast in Bethlehem, New Christian's Classes, CentriKid Camp and an annual Kindergarten Recognition Luncheon. Also, this year fourth and fifth graders will be attending CentriKid Camp the week of July 13.
Because we believe that a child's spiritual development is primarily the responsibility of parents, we offer special opportunities for adults as well. Parenting classes, MOPS (a support group for mother's of preschoolers), Parent/Child Dedication and other programs and events are designed to help moms and dads be the spiritual leaders of their homes. We encourage you to pick up a complimentary copy of ParentLife magazines on campus and view our on-line ParentLink newsletter for helpful information and insights.
